► Union Council

The Union Council is made up of the following:

• The Exec Committee
• The Course Representatives
• The Student Governor/s

The functions of the Union Council are to:

• set the SU policy
• amend the constitution
• discuss events and dicisions of the formal institution descision making bodies and to raise concerns of members to the student governers/senior management team
• elect delegates to appropriate NUS conferences and councils
• approve reports from committees, working parties and the executive committee
• approve finanical reports from the exceutive committee

Members of the SU can attend the meeting as observers and anyone who wishes to attend the meeting that is not part of the SU must first recieve permission by submitting a request to the chair.

The first Union Council will be hold in October and further dates will be decided and then and published on here.
